Essential oil use and children is a hot topic.  This person will say that and that person will say this about when to use, why to use, and how to use essential oils. It gets confusing, right?  Before delving this deep into the world of aromatherapy I mostly relied on my mama instincts. I knew for a fact I would never ever let my children ingest essential oils or apply topically without much dilution. I have became very very conscious and conservative on using essential oils on all members of my family (including myself), especially after being told the wrong information while I was pregnant a few years ago. Recently, I have had a lot of people inquiry about the safety of essential oils and young children…so I decided I would post this as my first blog because I am very passionate about this topic.  I have a lot to say about this topic, which I will discuss in a future blog but for now here you go.
